Share one link. People fill in your fields and sign in the same sitting, and each answer lands in your workspace.

## Three kinds of form.

**Link forms.** One address anyone can open. Each person who submits gets their own signed copy.

**Data forms.** Collect names, dates, choices and files with no signature at all, when all you need is the answers.

**Form templates.** Save a form once and reuse it for the next event, the next client or the next season.

## Questions

**Can the same person submit twice?**

Yes. Each submission is its own document with its own sealed copy.

**Where do I see the answers?**

In the document list, one row for each submission, and in the People list.

**Can I take payment on a form?**

Yes. Add a payment field and it is charged through your own Stripe account.
