# Teams and roles.

Pro is one flat price for the whole workspace, with unlimited users. Give each person a role and keep teams apart.

## One workspace, many people.

**Roles.** Owner, admin and member roles decide who can send, who can change settings and who can only look.

**Keep teams apart.** Group people into teams so each team sees its own documents and its own reports.

**One price.** Adding a person never changes the bill. Pro is flat for the workspace.

## Every action has a name on it.

The audit log records who sent, changed or voided a document, and who made or revoked an API key. It exports as a CSV.

- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app can be required for the workspace.
- Sessions can be listed and ended.

## Questions

**Is the Free plan for one person?**

Free is for trying it out inside its limits. Roles and teams are on Pro.

**Can a person be on two teams?**

Yes. They see the documents of both teams, and their role in each team can differ.

**What happens when someone leaves?**

Remove them and their access ends at once. The documents they sent stay in the workspace.
