Who publishes Docustay
Docustay is a product of GLRS LLC.
In short
Docustay does not give refunds. You can cancel at any time, and a cancelled paid plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Usage up to the day the plan ends is still billed (Pay as you go bills usage at the end of the month), and nothing is charged after that. Lifetime is a single payment and is not refunded either. The one exception to "keeps working until the end of the period" is deleting the whole workspace: the plan then ends at once, the owner is told beforehand how many paid days will be lost, and nothing is refunded or credited.
How to cancel
A workspace owner opens Billing in the app, chooses Manage plan, and then cancels the plan. The cancellation is set to take effect at the end of the current paid period, not at once.
Refunds
Docustay does not refund a payment that has been taken, in whole or in part, including for time left in a period you cancelled, for usage that has already happened, and for Lifetime. (When you move up to a higher plan, the unused part of what you paid is credited against the new plan instead, as the Terms describe; that credit is not paid out as cash.) The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund on it. The few legal rights a country gives a buyer cannot be removed by this page, and nothing here limits them.
Payments your signers make
If you collect payments through a payment field, the money goes into your own Stripe account. Refunding a signer is your decision, made through Stripe from your Docustay workspace; Docustay does not refund them on your behalf. See the Terms for the Docustay fee on the Free and Pay as you go plans.
A note
