About Docustay
Docustay is software for sending a document, getting it signed, and keeping the proof.
Docustay is a product of GLRS LLC. It is built by a small team; write to us through Contact.
The software is available hosted, or to run on your own server.

What Docustay is for
Docustay exists to make the paper that holds a working relationship easy to sign and easy to prove: agreements, waivers, intake forms, permission slips. A signer should need nothing but a phone, and the sender should end up with one file that explains itself.
How it is built
A small team builds it. The signed file carries its own evidence, so it does not depend on Docustay staying online to be believed. The code can be run on your own server, and the hosted service is the same software.
What we say and do not say
This site does not quote customer numbers, outside audits or praise from users, because none would be honest yet. The Trust pages say what is in place today and what is not.
What we are building
A short path from a file to a signed copy: you upload a document or write one, place the fields, send it, and everyone who signed gets one sealed PDF with a certificate page. The signer needs no account and can sign on a phone.
What we will not do
We will not put customer counts, logos or quotes on this site until they are real, and we will not claim an audit or a certification we do not hold. The Trust pages say plainly what is in place and what is not.
How to reach us
Questions, problems and ideas go through the Contact page and are read by the people who build the product. Security reports and privacy requests have their own addresses on that page.
Questions people ask
Who is behind Docustay?
A small team. This page will name the company once it is set up; until then, the Contact page is the way to reach us.
Can I run it myself?
Yes. The same software can run on your own server, free and without limits; the Self-host page explains what you need.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, with 15 documents a month. The Pricing page has the current plans.
