Who publishes Docustay

Docustay is a product of GLRS LLC.

In short

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel (Lifetime is a one-time payment and does not renew). You are told the price when you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time from Billing.

Pro, hosted by us

Pro costs $35 a month for the whole workspace, however many people use it. It is billed in advance through Stripe and renews each month.

Pay as you go

Pay as you go is $5 per team member per month, billed through Stripe and renewed each month, plus usage (documents and AI drafts beyond the included amounts), which is billed at the end of the month. Team members added or removed during a month are charged or credited for the rest of that month. You set a monthly budget; sending and AI drafting pause when it is reached.

Lifetime

Lifetime is one payment of $299 for one workspace, offered to any workspace. It does not renew. It lasts for as long as Docustay runs the hosted service, and for that whole time it keeps its 0% platform fee on payments collected through payment fields; if we ever stop running it, we will tell you and give you time to export your documents. AI drafts beyond the 50 included each month are billed at the price shown, up to your budget.

Stopping a renewal

Cancel from Billing, then Manage plan, then cancel. The plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. See Refunds and cancellation.

Self-host Pro

A self-host Pro licence key is $390 a year per install. The licence terms are on the Licensing page.

If the price of a plan changes, the new price is shown on the Pricing page before you subscribe. This page is general information, not legal advice.
