Free is for trying it out inside its limits. Roles and teams are on Pro.
Can a person be on two teams?
Yes. They see the documents of both teams, and their role in each team can differ.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them and their access ends at once. The documents they sent stay in the workspace.
